    Dr Megan Rossi is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a PhD in the area of gut health from the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at The University of Queensland, Australia. Megan’s PhD was recognised for its contribution to science receiving the Dean’s Award for outstanding research Higher Degree and was selected as one of nine international female success stories by Cosmopolitan in 2015. She joined the ROC team in 2017.

    Megan has a broad range of nutrition experience having worked as a clinical dietitian specialising in gut health at a tertiary teaching hospital; sports nutritionist for the Australia Olympic Synchronised Swimming team; and consultant dietitian to several well established and emerging brands. 

    Megan currently works as a Research Associate at King’s College London investigating nutrition-based therapies in gastrointestinal health, including pre- & probiotics, dietary fibres, the low FODMAP diet and food additives.
    Megan is also an Associate Lecturer at the University of Queensland, representative on several boards at King’s College London including the Division of Nutritional Sciences’ Executive Committee, the London Circle European Nutrition Leadership Platform (ENLP) Committee and works as a consultant dietitian to food industry. Megan is also an honorary gastroenterology dietitian at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London.
