Whether affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, physiotherapy helps you restore movement and function.
Their early treatment can prevent recurrent chronic problems that are more difficult to manage.
Following a thorough assessment, based on the history of your condition and its symptoms/side effects, our physiotherapists will define the best treatment options.
Treatment options include:
- Joint mobilization
- Neural mobilizing techniques
- Postural correction techniques
Both practices are equipped with leading experts, with special focus in the field of sports therapy. In Aberdeen we have an in-house physiotherapist, whilst in London we work with our preferred physiotherapy providers.
